Knowledge brokerage needs in building care robotics innovation ecosystems and networks

In the ecosystem and network perspectives on innovation, cooperation between various actors is seen as essential to innovation. Because of several factors known hinder cooperation, literature has pointed out need for knowledge brokerage functions. This paper investigates needs in building care robotics innovation ecosystems networks Finland. The research questions are follows: What macro-, meso- micro-level needs, functions roles networks, what kinds should be brokered at these different levels? data were collected with multilevel interviews, including interviewees representing interests fields expertise. Based results, there a emerging create operational conditions, bring disparate together, manage processes, learning possibilities share best practices. However, vary by level, indicating that brokers may emphasized differently. At macro system-level needed, meso related process management user micro experimental tacit highlighted.
